Here on the Ask Father conference, we deal with questions of
information only.  We are not for spiritual direction or marriage
cases.
 
You could visit your parish rectory to talk to a priest.  Visiting a
retreat house would be even more satisfying.  At the rectory, they'll
tell you about nearby retreat houses.

practices.
